Club Duty Days
Club duty day helps spread the load of setting up the courts and packing down the courts for each Saturday competition. Club duty day is also a opportunity for clubs to use some of the associations facilities to fund raise during the year
Duties
In the morning
- Canteen volunteers throughout the day
- Tablet sign in/out volunteers throughout the day
- Bins put around courts and bags put in
- Behavior boards put around the courts
- Post pads taken to the courts (first teams to play on courts put post pads up)
In the afternoon
- Bin bags taken to skip
- Bins put away
- Behavior boards put away
- Post pads put away
Fundraising
- Fundraising must be registered with TNA at least 1 week before - Email admin@toowoombanetball.com.au
- No fundraising on finals or pink day
- Clubs can fund raise on any duty day they are allocated
- It is the responsibility of clubs negotiate an agreement with each other on fundraising and duties for any given day they've been allocated
